My Struggle is a stand-up show about the clashes I had as a young immigrant trying to navigate my self through the regular confusions and mess ups, when restarting my life, within modern day Britain. I got names mixed up, misunderstood phrases, dreaded report card days, wanted a new lunchbox, learnt about British swear words and many other embarrassing occurrences which all led up to the biggest struggle of all… my ethnicity!
